Informative notes in compliance with article 13, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003
VENDITALIA SERVIZI S.r.l. would like to inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196/03 (Personal data protection code) governs the privacy of private individuals and other subjects regarding processing of personal data. In compliance with this law, necessary processing of the Exhibitors' personal data by Venditalia Servizi S.r.l. is ruled by correctness, licitness and transparency and safeguarding the privacy and rights of the data subjects.
Therefore, in compliance with article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03, we would like to provide the following information:
1. The personal data provided by the Exhibitor, or gathered by Venditalia Servizi S.r.l. for operational needs or legally from other public or private subjects of various nature involved in providing services, and the personal data we acquire during our activity will be treated exclusively for purposes linked to:

• all preliminary activity carried out to aid evaluation of the opportunities and conditions for participation in the Venditalia Exhibition, explanation of the rules and the contract, checking and acceptance of admission applications,
• the fulfilment of contract commitments, of basic services included in participation in Venditalia Exhibition and of any other service required by the Exhibitor, in addition to the fulfilment of all relative legal obligations,
• coordination, support and integration for activity by other bodies and organisations, both public and private and of various nature, that work autonomously to deliver accessory, complementary or auxiliary services for participation in the Venditalia Exhibition, both in cooperation with Venditalia Servizi S.r.l. and also directly with the Exhibitor,
• online services requested by Exhibitors via the Venditalia Servizi S.rl. internet site including pre-registration as Exhibitors, stand option operation, online registration for the Venditalia Servizi S.r.l. newsletter, browsing the reserved area with user ID and password, consultation of administration documents, invoices and payments,
• insertion of the Exhibitor data in the hard copy Exhibitor catalogue and the online version on the Venditalia internet site,
• updating Exhibitors about exhibition results and upcoming Venditalia Exhibition appointments, via telephone, fax, e-mail and ordinary mail.

2. The data will be processed manually and using computerised tools.
3. You are not obliged to provide your data, but failure to do so may make it impossible to correctly provide the services requested and with the quality desired.
4. Solely with reference to those strictly necessary for the processing of each category of data subjects and exclusively for the purposes given in this informative note and legal obligations, the data may be communicated to:

• members of the Board of Directors of Venditalia Servizi S.r.l.;
• Venditalia Servizi S.r.l. staff specifically authorised to carry out data processing necessary for services, sales, accounting and administration personnel;
• external parties working on cooperation projects on behalf of Venditalia Servizi S.r.l. (accountants, consultants, IT system maintenance technicians, external co-workers), specifically appointed as external managers of the processing entrusted to them;
• external parties who carry out tasks that are auxiliary or complementary to the activity of Venditalia Servizi S.r.l., necessary for participation in the Exhibition and for carrying out services as defined in the contract/regulations (Fiera Milano S.p.A., Insurance Company, Security Guards, Milan City Council, Banks and Loan Companies, etc.), who will process the data within the limits strictly necessary for the purposes of their tasks and in autonomy as Holders: the names of these subjects are given in the description of services in the contract/regulations;
• public and private subjects, who can access the data thanks to legal provisions, rules or Italian and EC regulations, within the limits laid down by these laws.

5. The data will not be diffused, except for personal data and those regarding economic business published in the hard-copy catalogues and online version on the Venditalia Exhibition site.
6. The processing owner is: the legal representative of Venditalia Servizi S.r.l., Via G. Marradi, 1 - 20123 Milano, tel. +39 02-33105685, who for the purposes of this role has the same address as the company.  
7. You may exercise your rights with the processing owner at any moment, in compliance with art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, of which an unabridged version is given below for your perusal.
