Venditalia 2026: a new international vision for the vending industry in Rimini

From May 6 to 9, 2026, Venditalia will take place for the first time in Rimini, marking a strategic milestone for the growth of the vending industry on an international scale. The new exhibition venue represents a key step in increasing the fair’s visibility in foreign markets, with the goal of boosting exports and strengthening the sector’s international reach.

In a recent interview held during SIGEP 2025, Ernesto Piloni, President of Venditalia and of the new company Vending Expo Srl, together with Marco Cecchini, CEO of the same company, outlined the reasons and opportunities behind this important development.
 

The next edition of Venditalia will host 6 halls (B and D) in the East area of the Rimini Expo Centre. The choice of the location was also driven by logistical factors: the city offers a wide range of hotel accommodations and more affordable costs, to facilitate participation for both Italian and international companies.

The 2026 edition also marks the start of the collaboration between CONFIDA, the Italian Vending Association which founded the event in 1998, and Italian Exhibition Group (IEG), one of Europe’s leading exhibition players. This synergy combines CONFIDA’s specialist skills and authority in the vending sector and the organisational strength of IEG’s global network.

Among the announced innovations are the expansion of product categories, with greater openness to the non-food segment, and an enhancement of communication and promotional activities, also thanks to the involvement of specialized media such as news.it, Vending News, and Horeca News.
